Returns
You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To qualify, the item must be unused/new, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Returns can be made:
At our premises
Via registered post
Through a reputable courier company
Please clearly state the reason for the return on the return form or invoice, and indicate whether you require a refund or an exchange. Exchanges can only be made for items of the same value.
A handling fee may apply depending on the type of product being returned. Return postage or courier costs are for your own account and risk. While the goods are in your possession, you are required to take proper care of them.
We reserve the right to claim compensation if items are returned in a condition that shows improper handling or care.
Refunds
The returned goods will be examined by our staff on arrival. If the goods were shipped or couriered to us, we will notify you via email of our decision within a reasonable time period. All refunds are subject to Supervisor approval.
The refund will be processed within thirty (30) days of receiving the goods. A handling fee will be charged for all returned goods supplied correctly depending on the product that is purchased.
If a refund is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for the purchase. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Return postage or courier costs are the responsibility of the customer. While the goods are in your possession, you are required to take proper care of them. We reserve the right to claim compensation if items are returned in a condition showing improper handling or care.

Free delivery in the East Rand areas (delivered within 1–2 days).
Nationwide courier via Courier Guy (contact us for details and costs).
